Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à un espace habitable comportant au moins une pièce habitable (1) délimitée par un plancher (2), une voûte (3) et un mur périphérique (4) sensiblement vertical reliant le plancher (2) et la voûte (3), ladite pièce (1)étant pourvue d'au moins une ouverture d'accès et de moyens de régulation thermique. Selon l'invention, la voûte (3), le plancher (2) et le mur périphérique (4) forment un seul bloc (5) intégrant au moins une partie des moyens de régulation thermique, le bloc (5) étant associé à des moyens réalisant une rupture de pont thermique (8a) entre ledit bloc (5) et ses appuis, et la pièce habitable (1) est englobée dans un espace plus vaste (6a) délimité par une enveloppe extérieure (6) thermiquement faiblement déperditive.
