Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un système de construction modulaire pour immeubles et constructions similaires, composé de deux parties: a) une ossature métallique en forme de cage, constituée de poutres verticales convenablement espacées, encastrées au niveau de leur extrémité inférieure dans la base ou les fondations d'un immeuble et entrelacées à différentes hauteurs avec des poutres horizontales; et b) un ensemble de blocs unis verticalement et latéralement par un système à tenons et mortaises formant les différents murs et cloisons. Les éléments des deux parties s'assemblent de façon ascendante pour former un ensemble. Chaque certain nombre de rangées de blocs et en particulier au niveau des plafonds ou des planchers des différentes pièces les poutres ou les plate-formes horizontales forment les plafonds ou les planchers entre lesdites pièces.
