Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à une structure d'acheminement d'un faisceau de câblage pour une porte, qui comprend une gaine de protection pour l'insertion et le maintien d'un faisceau de câblage qui est étiré depuis le côté d'un panneau intérieur de porte jusqu'au côté de carrosserie d'un véhicule à travers le côté intérieur de la porte à proximité d'une bande de protection contre les intempéries. L'invention se rapporte également à un acheminement du faisceau de câblage vers le côté de surface intérieure du panneau intérieur de la carrosserie du véhicule tout en lui permettant de passer par-dessus un rebord qui se projette depuis la surface de la carrosserie opposée à la porte. La gaine de protection est faite en un matériau de gainage extérieur et en un matériau de gainage intérieur pour une insertion et un serrage d'un groupe de fils du faisceau de câblage tandis qu'ils sont agencés en parallèle. Le matériau de gainage extérieur est fait en résine moulée et le matériau de gainage intérieur et fait en un matériau de feuille souple, ou bien les matériaux de gainage intérieur et extérieur sont faits en un matériau de feuille souple. La gaine de protection comprend une partie de blocage qui sert à bloquer de façon sûre une extrémité du côté de la carrosserie d'un passe-fils monté par-dessus le faisceau de câblage à l'endroit d'une partie intermédiaire entre la porte et la carrosserie, et une partie de montage sur un rebord qui s'étend et se courbe dans la direction vers l'intérieur de la porte depuis la partie de blocage en suivant le profil de la surface du panneau de la carrosserie opposée à la porte et qui est montée sur la surface externe du rebord.
