Abstract

A screw fastener is characterized in that the fastener comprises a driver including a bit (122) for fastening a screw by its engaging with the recess, a motor (124) for rotating the bit (122), a gear box (125) for transmitting the rotation of the motor shaft (124a) of the motor (124) to the bit (122), and an encoder (126) for detecting the rotation position of the motor shaft (124a) and that the rotation of the motor (124) is controlled according to the results of the detection by the encoder (126) and the gear ratio.
