Abstract
Un dispositif d'observation de réalité augmentée temps réel (300) comprenant un capteur d'images (335) tel qu'une caméra PTZ, un système de visualisation (320) et une interface de commande (310) est décrit. Selon ce dispositif, la caméra est commandée par une interface de commande contrôlée par l'utilisateur. Après avoir reçu les informations d'orientation d'axe de visée souhaitée par l'utilisateur (610), transmise par l'interface de commande, ces informations d'orientation d'axe de visée sont transmises à la caméra (615), la caméra étant mobile et motorisée. La caméra transmet alors l'orientation de son axe de visée (620). La caméra transmet en parallèle un flux vidéo. La position à laquelle doivent être insérées les données telles qu'une représentation d'un objet tridimensionnel virtuel, est déterminée à partir des données issues de Ia calibration et de l'orientation de l'axe de visée de la caméra reçue de celle-ci (640). Les données sont ensuite insérées en temps réel dans Ie flux vidéo qui est transmis au système de visualisation (645). Une calibration de la caméra est de préférence effectuée durant l'initialisation du dispositif (600) pour améliorer les performances du dispositif.
