Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour fracture de la hanche fournissant une dynamisation limitée à distance, une dynamisation à contrôle de charge et des combinaisons de ces deux procédés de dynamisation par variation des composants. La variation desdits composants peut se faire interopérativement. Une lame osseuse présente une pluralité d'ouvertures destinées à accueillir une vis à os de compression ou une vis corticale. Un capuchon terminal, pouvant être inséré par filetage dans l'ouverture, présente une couche de matériau polymère intercalée entre ledit capuchon terminal et le sommet de la tête, de telle sorte que la compression du matériau polymère permet un léger mouvement axial de la vis. En variante, l'invention prévoit un anneau de blocage adapté pour être fixé sur la tête de la vis, et présentant des crêtes dont la forme est complémentaire de celle des creux, lesdites crêtes s'adaptant dans lesdits creux lorsque l'anneau de blocage est fixé sur la tête.
