Abstract

 検出器に堆積した微粒子の量に影響を受けず、高精度で流体中の微粒子濃度を決定できる流体中の微粒子濃度測定機、流体中の微粒子濃度測定方法および流体中の微粒子濃度測定プログラムを提供する。  微粒子捕集手段、温度測定手段、流量測定手段、インピーダンス測定手段、計時手段、温度と流速から単位時間当りインピーダンス変化-微粒子濃度定数を決定する定数決定手段、インピーダンスの、単位時間当りの変化を算出する単位時間当りインピーダンス変化算出手段、および単位時間当りインピーダンス変化算出手段で算出された、インピーダンスの単位時間当りの変化から微粒子濃度を決定する微粒子濃度決定手段を備えた流体中の微粒子濃度測定機である。
