Abstract

An external intercom and/or video door entry station (PE) with configuration and control information aids, adapted to supply information in audio and/or video with regard to the desired internal user, such as office hours, presence/absence, user messages etc., on the building map, in order to provide instructions to the visitor regarding how to reach the called tenant and/or further service and safety information, and to control the common and private areas of the building, supplying information and displaying the images in case of alarm. All the information, the messages, the configurations and parameters can be entered and modified through a keyboard (PL) or computer, connected by means of two-wire multimedia video door entry bus (BS), that is by means of Ethernet, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth networks (R), cell phones or RFID and transponder technology.
