Abstract

 電極材料、色素増感太陽電池、燃料電池および電解質溶液の電気分解などの際に用いられる電極として、高耐食性、低抵抗率および触媒特性を有し、安価な積層電極を提供する。基板上に形成されたクロムおよびチタンからなる群より選ばれた少なくとも1種の金属からなる金属薄膜、および該金属薄膜上に形成された白金薄膜を有する積層電極であって、金属薄膜の厚さは300nm~1μmであり、白金薄膜の厚さは10nm~50nmであることを特徴とする積層電極。
