Abstract

　本発明の目的は、ポリオレフィンなどの基材層とエチレン－ビニルアルコール共重合体などのバリア性樹脂層とを接着するのに好適な樹脂組成物を提供することである。かかる目的は、ボロン酸基及び水の存在下でボロン酸基に転化し得るホウ素含有基からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一つの官能基を有する熱可塑性樹脂（ａ１）、前記官能基を有さないポリオレフィン（ａ２）及び前記官能基を有さない熱可塑性エラストマー（ａ３）を含有してなり、ポリオレフィン（ａ２）１００質量部に対して、熱可塑性樹脂（ａ１）１～２０質量部及び熱可塑性エラストマー（ａ３）３～５０質量部を含有する樹脂組成物（Ａ）により達成される。
