Abstract

L'objet de la présente invention est d'obtenir un sachet à bec verseur ayant un haut degré de désoxydation à l'aide d'un procédé dans lequel même un lestage liquide qui mousse facilement peut être emballé tout en empêchant son moussage. Selon la présente invention, une étape de désoxydation avant emballage (1) est effectuée avant qu'un lestage liquide ne soit emballé dans un sachet. L'étape (1) comprend : une étape de mise sous vide (1-1) dans laquelle le sachet est mis sous vide ; une étape de soufflage de gaz inerte (1-2) dans laquelle un gaz inerte est soufflé dans le sachet après l'étape de mise sous vide ; et une étape de mise sous vide avec diminution du gaz (1-3) dans laquelle le gaz dans le sachet après l'étape de soufflage de gaz inerte est déchargé sous vide afin de diminuer le gaz dans le sachet jusqu'à une quantité donnée. Par la suite, le sachet est vidé lors d'une seconde étape d'évacuation avant emballage (2-1) puis emballé avec le lestage. Après l'emballage, le remplacement du gaz est effectué.
