Abstract

L'invention concerne un emballage ou un contenant rigide ou semi-rigide qui comprend un corps, un couvercle, et une étiquette recollable. Le corps peut avoir un tiroir ou une structure en forme de coupelle définissant une zone intérieure conçue pour loger un ou plusieurs articles. Le couvercle comporte une section refermeture définie par une ou plusieurs lignes perforées ou de découpage à la forme. Une étiquette recollable est posée le long de la surface extérieure du couvercle arrière et recouvre la section refermeture. L'étiquette est fixée recollable à la surface de tiroir extérieure à au moins une partie d'une zone extérieure au périmètre de la section refermeture, mais possède une force d'adhésion suffisante par rapport à la section refermeture de sorte que ladite section se détache du couvercle le long de la ligne perforée lorsque l'on décolle l'étiquette du couvercle pour la première fois de façon à découvrir l'ouverture et à pouvoir accéder à l'intérieur du récipient.
