Abstract

L'invention concerne un comprimé se désintégrant oralement et une préparation bloquant le goût amer, comprenant chacun de la rispéridone. Il a été découvert qu'un comprimé se désintégrant oralement, ayant une bonne propriété de désintégration et une dureté assurée, peut être produit par compression et façonnage d'une poudre comprenant de la rispéridone, une cellulose cristalline, un excipient inorganique, de la carmellose et un agent lubrifiant dans une quantité de 0,8 % en poids ou moins, de préférence de 0,5 % en poids ou moins, de façon davantage préférée de 0,1 % en poids ou moins, par comprimé. L'invention concerne spécifiquement : une préparation pulvérulente/granulaire obtenue par granulation d'un excipient et/ou d'un agent de désintégration avec une solution ayant une matière de base bloquant le goût amer, dissoute et/ou mise en suspension dans celle-ci, et ayant également de la rispéridone présentant une solubilité dans l'eau de 1 g/ml ou moins (à 20°C) dissoute ou mise en suspension dans celle-ci ; et un comprimé obtenu par compression de la préparation pulvérulente/granulaire. La préparation pulvérulente/granulaire et le comprimé peuvent bloquer un goût amer de rispéridone.
