Abstract

　樹脂材料を金型キャビティー２内に射出充填して製造される大型ラジエータコアサポートにおいて、樹脂材料を、１５～３０ｗｔ％の炭素繊維を含有するポリプロピレン（ＰＰ）とし、成形後に残存する炭素繊維の平均繊維長を１．５ｍｍ以上とする。また、炭素繊維のスパイラル流動長さがＬ／Ｄで２００ｍｍ以上とする。
