Abstract

　シートベルト装置１０のクラッチ５２は、プリテンショナー機構１５が作動し、プリテンショナー機構１５による回転部材５０の回転を利用して係合部４９ａが回転部材５０から遠ざかる方向に移動した時に、係合部材４９によって弾性変形されて係合部材４９の移動を規制し、電動アクチュエータ３４とスピンドル１２との間を非結合にするクラッチ解除用付勢部材４５を備える。これにより、プリテンショナー機構１５が作動した時には、シートベルトを巻き取るスピンドル１２と電動アクチュエータ３４との接続を確実に切断して、プリテンショナー作動時の乗員の拘束を確実に行なうことができる。
