Abstract

Ferrure d'assemblage (1) pour assembler deux panneaux de meuble (2, 3), comprenant : un boîtier (4) rogné tangentiellement par découpe et pouvant être inséré dans un alésage en pot (6) rogné par découpe d'une manière correspondante d'un premier panneau de meuble (2); et une cheville creuse (5), fendue en direction longitudinale, qui peut être insérée dans un trou borgne (7) du deuxième panneau de meuble (3), qui est formée sur le boîtier (4) et qui peut être expansée par une pièce de serrage (12) pourvue d'un cône d'expansion (13) et entrant dans la cheville creuse (5). La pièce de serrage (12) peut être enfoncée par son cône d'expansion (13) dans la cheville creuse (5), au moyen d'un élément de serrage (17) s'appuyant contre le boîtier (4), de manière à produire une expansion. Le boîtier (4) et la cheville creuse (5) sont constitués de deux moitiés à symétrie séculaire (8, 9) pouvant être réunies. La pièce de serrage (12) est dotée, dans sa région terminale située à l'intérieur du boîtier (4), d'une section (14) coudée en direction de la face supérieure (15) du boîtier (4) par rapport à l'axe longitudinal de la cheville creuse (5). Cette section (14) présente un alésage (16) pour recevoir une vis de serrage (17) constituant l'élément de serrage. Des ergots (20) faisant saillie vers l'extérieur sont formés, symétriquement à la fente de séparation (21) du boîtier (4) et de la cheville creuse (5), dans la région de transition entre la partie dépassant dans la cheville creuse (5) et la partie coudée (14) de la pièce de serrage (12). Ces ergots (20) s'appliquent contre des faces intérieures (22) du boîtier (4) qui s'étendent coniquement l'une par rapport à l'autre, de sorte que, lors du serrage de la pièce de serrage (12) en direction du boîtier (4), il se produit une expansion du boîtier (4).
