Abstract
L'invention concerne un agent de revêtement de type émulsion aqueuse de résine de polyuréthane, lequel est meilleur en termes d'aptitude à former un film (uniformité, durabilité et caractéristiques similaires d'une couche de revêtement) à température ambiante, sans dégrader différentes propriétés physiques telles que la résistance à l'eau et la résistance aux solvants. L'invention concerne précisément une composition de revêtement de type émulsion aqueuse de résine de polyuréthane qui contient, en tant que composant principal, une résine de polyuréthane obtenue en mélangeant un prépolymère d'uréthane (D) avec un polyisocyanate polyfonctionnel (E), en mélangeant ensuite le mélange résultant avec de l'eau après neutralisation pour émulsifier et disperser le mélange et en faisant enfin réagir le mélange résultant avec un agent d'extension de chaîne (F). Le prépolymère d'uréthane (D) est obtenu en faisant réagir un polyisocyanate (A) contenant un diisocyanate modifié par un allophanate (a1) et un diisocyanate organique (a2), un polyol de polymère (B) et un glycol de faible masse moléculaire contenant un groupe carboxyle (C).
