Abstract
被検体との距離の影響を低減することにより、正常部と病変部との判別を簡便に行うことができる蛍光内視鏡および蛍光測定方法を提供する。被検体に照射する光を出射する光源7と、被検体3から発生した戻り光に含まれる蛍光を撮像する蛍光撮像手段23と、蛍光撮像手段23により取得された蛍光に係るデータに基づいて、蛍光画像データを生成する蛍光画像生成手段37と、蛍光画像データに基づいて、周囲の領域と比較して蛍光強度が高い関心領域を決定する関心領域決定手段39と、関心領域の近傍の近傍領域を決定する近傍領域決定手段41と、関心領域における蛍光強度に係る階調と、近傍領域における蛍光強度に係る階調との比に基づいて、修正画像データを生成する画像演算手段43と、が設けられたことを特徴とする。
