Abstract

濃縮工程での色調劣化がなく、臭気も抑制されたα－スルホ脂肪酸アルキルエステル塩含有粉体を提供する。α－スルホ脂肪酸アルキルエステル塩を含有する水性ペーストを濃縮乾燥機で加熱して、該濃縮乾燥機の出口における水分量が４質量％以下である濃縮品を調製する濃縮工程と、前記濃縮品を冷却固化装置で冷却して固化し、固形物を調製する冷却固化工程と、前記固形物を破砕造粒する造粒工程とを有するα－スルホ脂肪酸アルキルエステル塩含有粉体の製造方法であって、前記水性ペーストのｐＨを４．５～６．５に調整するとともに、前記濃縮工程では、前記濃縮乾燥機の出口における前記濃縮品の温度が９０～１４０°Cとなるように加熱する。
