Abstract

側面に突出口２ａを有する内腔状の穿刺体２と、穿刺体２内に収容され、体内に作用する作用部３ａを有するチューブ３と、チューブ３の作用部３ａを突出口２ａから側方へ突出させる誘導手段４とを備えた穿刺装置１である。誘導手段４は、チューブ３内に挿通されたワイヤ５と、ワイヤ５を穿刺体２の長さ方向へ移動する移動手段６とからなり、移動手段６によってワイヤ５の移動量を調節することにより、突出口２ａからワイヤ５を突出させる。このワイヤ５の突出により、チューブ３の作用部３ａを突出させることができる。確実に目的の体内部位に作用させることができる。
