Abstract

L'invention a trait à un procédé de préparation d'un copolymère comprenant un squelette à base d'unités méthacrylates comprenant une étape de polymérisation d'un ou plusieurs monomères méthacrylates précurseurs desdites unités en présence: d'un amorceur de polymérisation; d'au moins un agent de transfert du type «RAFT» susceptible de générer un radical primaire; et d'au moins un comonomère choisi notamment parmi les monomères styréniques, les monomères acrylates. L'invention concerne également les copolymères susceptibles d'être obtenus selon ce procédé, notamment les copolymères blocs et leurs utilisations comme additifs de matières plastiques.
