Abstract
The invention relates to a fastening system providing easy mounting-demounting from screwing points (37) formed on construction building members such as panels (36) used in formation of modular construction structures. The system consists of at least one turnable conical gear (29) mounted inside the panel (36), connected to a gear housing (30) formed at screwing points (37); at least one shaft having a conical gear (13) is connected to the turnable conical gear (29);- at least one shaft cover (8) is connected to the shaft conical gearing (13); at least one screwing member (3) is connected to a shaft cover (8) to provide connection for panels (36) of modular building structures at screwing points (37).
Description
SCREWING ASSEMBLY CONNECTING MODULAR CONSTRUCTION
EMBODIMENTS
The Related Art
The invention relates to embodiments providing modular construction embodiments such as space frame, fair stands etc.
The invention particularly relates to a new screwing assembly providing easy mounting-demounting, used in modular construction embodiments.
Background of the Related Art
Various construction embodiments are formed and used. One of them is space frame systems. It provides easy formation of temporary or permanent construction embodiments. In addition, several mounting de-mounting systems are also formed for construction of temporary building embodiments such as fair stands.
There are embodiments providing various location building with light space frame embodiments. Such embodiments are formed by means of collecting all forces at one point and tightening by use of bolt and connection of several bar members. Here it is required to tighten the connecting apparatus used at the connection point of the bar or different blocks at the same force, and problems occur in mounting works due to lack of manual operation area. Problems to access the screws occur.
In addition, the applications numbered US5743670 and DE3313838 are seen wherein screwing assemblies providing easy connection on the screw fastening points on the panels or blocks forming the modular construction embodiments are disclosed. A screwing assembly providing elimination of problem to access the locations where screws are has been provided.
American patent application numbered US5743670 discloses a screwing assembly used in temporary or permanent structural applications. The said screwing assembly provides easy connection of panels or blocks forming the construction structures from the fastening points provided on the panels. The turning force applied from one point by means of screw fastening tool is
transmitted to the screws located on the desired points and provides easy connection of panels or blocks which are more than one construction members. However, some problems occur in the modular construction embodiments provided in this solution. These problems include decrease of strength of the said screwing assembly under heavy working loads and long working times. And this causes an unsafe case for blocks or panels forming construction embodiments providing support of various structural loads.
Furthermore, the said screwing assembly cannot be applied to screwing points of smaller diameters on the blocks or panels forming the construction structures. This restricts working areas in construction embodiments. There are difficulties to apply it to applications in different embodiments. The embodiment fails to provide manufacturing screwing assembly and high strength.
There are various construction embodiments where screwing points are formed for construction structures to be connected and they are mounted to panels having female matches of the applied screws on the said screwing points. Such embodiments may be required to be mounted and de-mounted for several times. This case enables easy mounting of screwing assembly. However, problems of strength occur due to being under load permanently and repetitive mantling and dismantling.
The problems known in the related arts necessitated development of this screwing assembly. Particularly, strength of joint points providing temporary or permanent construction embodiments where human life is utmost important requires double importance.
Object of the Invention
From the current status of the related art, the object of the invention is to develop a new screwing assembly of high strength eliminating the problems in joining the existing modular construction embodiments.
A further object of the invention is to provide a screwing assembly providing healthy connection under excess loads and for long working times.
Another object of the invention is to provide elimination of the application problems to structure members in narrow sectioned or of different structures.
Another object of the invention is to provide a screwing assembly of easy to manufacture and of stable structure.
A further object of the invention is to provide fastening operation of the screws from one single point or more of the structure members.
Another object of the invention is to provide a simpler and advantageous embodiment by means of distancing the screwing members from the centre of conic gearings.
In order to achieve the said objects, a screwing assembly wherein the turning transmitted from screwing points on the construction building members through turning member to conic gearing and screwing members has been developed. An elastic member is located between the screwing member and conical gearings in order to expose pressure force at the same time when turning the screw member. A body containing screwing assembly has been formed and is mounted to the related building member. In case of occurrence of problems to access manufacture and screwing assembly, the body may consist of two parts. The screwing members are distanced from the center of the conical gearings, and the motion transmitted from turning conical gearings is transmitted to screwing member and thus a simple, useful, stabile screwing assembly which can be applied to structures of smaller sizes is obtained.
A preferred embodiment of the invention consists of at least one turning conical gearing mounted inside the panel, connected to turning conical gearing housing formed on screwing points, at least one shaft conical gearing connected to turning conical gearing housing, at least one shaft cover connected to shaft conical gearing, at least one screwing member connected to shaft cover to provide connection panels of modular building structures at screwing points.
A preferred embodiment of the invention consists of at least one main turning member formed on the shaft conical gearing, at least one elastic member
connected to main turning member and a screwing member connected to elastic member.
A preferred embodiment of the invention consists of at least one frame containing screwing assembly for mounting a turning conical gearing, main turning member and screwing member in a certain plane inside the panel.
A preferred embodiment of the invention consists of at least male threads of one screwing member formed on the screwing member providing screwing another panel on the panels.
A preferred embodiment of the invention consists of at least one screwing member shaft housing formed on the screw member.
A preferred embodiment of the invention consists of at least one shaft cover turning hole formed on the shaft cover.
A preferred embodiment of the invention consists of at least one motion transmission member formed on the main turning member, at least one shaft conical gearing connected to the motion transmission member, at least one shaft cover housing formed between shaft conical gearing and motion transmission member.
A preferred embodiment of the invention consists of at least one turning member housing formed on the turning conical gearing.
A preferred embodiment of the invention consists of at least one turning gearing cover formed on the turning conical gearing.

Detailed Description of the Invention
The invention relates to a new screwing assembly providing easy connection of panels (36) forming modular construction structures from screwing points (37) by means of turning members (40).
As seen in Figure-1 , it consists of Turning conical gearing (29) connected to Turning gearing cover (34) containing a turning gearing cover hole (35). Turning conical gearing housing (30) and turning member housing (31 ) are formed on turning conical gearing (29). shaft conical gearing (13) connected to turning conical gearing (29) is formed, shaft conical gearing conical stud plane (14) and shaft conical gearing centering housing (15) are formed on the shaft conical gearing (13). Main turning member (10) connected to Shaft conical gearing (13) forms shaft cover housing (12) and Motion transmission member (11). Shaft cover
(8) connected to motion transmission member (11 ) has Shaft cover turning hole
(9) on the shaft cover (8). Elastic member (7) connected to motion transmission member (11 ) and shaft cover (8) is located. It has screw member (3) connected to elastic member (7). Screw member (3) has main screw male threads (4), Main screw shaft housing (5) and motion transmission member housing (6). It has screw cover (1 ) connected to screw member and screw cover turning hole (2) on screw cover (1).
As seen in Figure-2, conical gearings (29, 13) are in perpendicular axis inside outer box (16) in the form of full prism for mounting and outer box main housing (20) and turning gearing housing (19) are formed. Turning gearing member housing (19) has outer box turning cover female screw (18); Outer box main housing (20) has outer box screw cover female screw (17).
As seen in Figure-3, Frame (16) contains shaft cover female screw (25), shaft conical gearing side stud (23), turning conical gearing side stud (24), shaft conical gearing center plug (22), turning conical gearing center plug (21 ).
As seen in Figure-4, the related connection is made in a manner to enable interlocking of main screw male threads (4) onto outer female screw (42). Frame (16) may form Frame rear part (26) and front part (27) where outer box connection
means (28) connects. Frame (16) may also be formed in two parts so as to allow easy access and intervention to screwing assembly. Inside turning conical gearing housing (30) are turning conical gearing pole strength plane (32) and turning conical gearing centering housing (33). A male extension , shaft conical gearing center plug (22) is formed in a manner allowing insertion of shaft conical gearing centering plug (15) into outer box main plug (20) base center. Accordingly, a turning conical gearing center plug (21 ) which is male extension is formed in a manner allowing insertion of insertion into turning conical gearing center plug (33) in the center of turning gearing plug (19).
As seen in Figure -5, Connection of panels (26) is provided by means of screwing points (37) on the panel (36). As seen in figure 6, connection is provided through turning member (40) via wooden screwing hole (39) on a wooden (38) part. The double screwing member (41 ) is located in the wooden (38) part and two screwing members (3) are fastened at the same time so as to provide connection.
Screwing member (3) is not located between conical gearings (29, 13). Thus, it is likely to apply it to narrow sectioned construction building members. A simpler and easy to use embodiment is formed.
Mounting of the screwing assembly can be described as follows in brief;
Turning conical gearing (29) and main turning apparatus (10) are seated onto the plugs (19, 20) in a manner enabling insertion into plugs (21 , 22). Shaft cover (8) is fastened to shaft cover female screw (25) and turning gearing cover (34) is fastened to outer box turning cover female screw (18). Here, in case of difficulties in accessing shaft cover (8) female screw or problems in machining the screw threads, the frame (16) is formed in two parts (26, 27), and outer box (16) is fastened with connection means (28). Elastic member (7) and main screw member
(3) are inserted into motion transmission member (11). Screw cover (1) is fastened to female screw (17) and secured.
The invention cannot be limited to the representative embodiments indicated under this part. Any alternative embodiments to be realized by any person skilled
in the related art based on the basic factors given under protection scope stated under the claims shall mean violation of the invention.
Claims
1. The invention relates to screwing assemblies providing easy mounting- demounting from screwing points (37) formed on construction building members such as panels (36) used in formation of modular construction structures and it is characterized in that it comprises
- at least one turning conical gearing (29) mounted inside the panel (36), connected to turning conical gearing housing (30) formed on screwing points (37),
- at least one shaft conical gearing (13) connected to turning conical gearing housing (29),
- at least one shaft cover (8) connected to shaft conical gearing (13)
- at least one screwing member (3) connected to shaft cover (8) to provide connection panels (36) of modular building structures at screwing points (37).
2. A screwing assembly according to claim 1 and it is characterized in that it comprises,
- at least one main turning member (10) formed on shaft conical gearing (13), at least one elastic member (7) connected to main turning member (10),
- a screwing member (3) connected to elastic member (7),
3. A screwing assembly according to any of the preceding claims and it is characterized in that it comprises,
- at least one frame (16) containing screwing assembly for mounting a turning conical gearing (30), main turning member (10) and screwing member (3) in a certain plane inside the panel (36).
4. A screwing assembly according to any of the preceding claims and it is characterized in that it comprises,
- at least male threads (4) of one screwing member (3) formed on the screwing member providing screwing another panel (36) on the panels (36)
5. A screwing assembly according to any of the preceding claims and it is characterized in that it comprises,
- at least one screwing member shaft housing (5) formed on the screw member (3)
6. A screwing assembly according to any of the preceding claims and it is characterized in that it comprises,
- at least one shaft cover turning hole (9) formed on the shaft cover (8)
7. A screwing assembly according to any of the preceding claims and it is characterized in that it comprises,
- at least one motion transmission member (11) formed on the main turning member (10),
- at least one shaft conical gearing (13) connected to the motion transmission member (11),
- at least one shaft cover housing (12) formed between shaft conical gearing (13) and motion transmission member (11).
8. A screwing assembly according to any of the preceding claims and it is characterized in that it comprises,
- at least one turning member housing (31) formed on the turning conical gearing (29),
9. A screwing assembly according to any of the preceding claims and it is characterized in that it comprises, - at least one turning gearing cover (34) formed on the turning conical gearing (29)
10. A screwing assembly according to any of the preceding claims and it is characterized in that it comprises,
- at least one double screwing member (41) formed inside the panel
(36) to provide fastening more than one screwing member (3) from one single point.
