Abstract

La présente invention porte sur un modèle d'animal non humain, transgénique, en particulier sur un modèle de rongeur transgénique, mais notamment sur un modèle de souris transgénique qui permet la régulation simultanée, spécifique du tissu et contrôlée dans le temps de l'expression d'un transgène et qui peut être utilisé comme outil pour rechercher les étapes consécutives mises en jeu dans l'initiation et la progression de certaines maladies telles que le cancer, mais en particulier le cancer du poumon.
