Abstract

L'invention concerne un port flottant comportant un site d'amarrage au niveau d'un côté du port flottant, et un canal (1) à l'intérieur du port flottant, le canal (1) étant aménagé de manière à être inondé d'eau en permanence en cours d'utilisation. L'invention concerne également un procédé de chargement et de déchargement de navires comportant le transfert des marchandises entre un navire (8, 10) amarré au niveau d'un port flottant et un navire (9, 11) dans un canal (1) à l'intérieur du port flottant.
