Abstract

The invention relates to a rotary mascara applicator having a handle containing a motor which generates a rotational energy by means of a battery also located inside the handle. A brush is provided at the opposite end of the applicator for applying make-up to the eyelashes and said brush is rotated by the rotational energy at a suitable number of revolutions per minute so as not to damage the human eye, but at a sufficient number so as to apply make-up uniformly to the lashes. The make-up brush can rotate both clockwise and anti-clockwise as desired by the user. Preferably, the brush is provided with a flexible plastic core and soft bristles so as not to damage the user's eye.
