Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé normalisé d'amplification d'un fragment d'acide nucléique NS5B du VHC de l'un quelconque des génotypes 1 à 6, en tant qu'outil pour l'analyse des variations de séquence qui peuvent être mises en corrélation avec la résistance aux médicaments pour lutter contre le VHC.
