Abstract
Disclosed herein are granulated heavy metal adsorbent materials such as granulated mercury adsorbent materials, processes of making the same, and methods for their use. Also disclosed herein are granulated heavy metal adsorbent materials including a sol-gel three-dimensional cross-linking network of oxides.
