Abstract

Cooling and /or heating device (1) for the loading space (2) of lorries (3) or the like which consists of a ventilating device (5) with a blowing channel (10) and a suction channel (9) to make the air circulate in the loading space (2), with one heat exchanger (6) incorporated therein, characterised in that the loading space (2) is divided in several compartments (11- 13) that can be cooled or heated with the same heat exchanger (6), whereby the blowing channel (10) and the suction channel (9) of the ventilating device (5) in each compartment (11-13) respectively are provided with an outlet (6) and an inlet (15) , whereby in each compartment (11- 13) at least the outlet (16) or the inlet (15) can be closed off by means of a controlled valve (17) which is opened or closed by means of a control unit (18) as a function of the measured temperature in the compartment (11-13) concerned so as to adj ust the temperature in the compartment (11-13) to a desired temperature set in the control unit (18) or to a temperature interval set in the control unit.
