Abstract

L'invention concerne un nouveau rouleau d'impression qui supprime la nécessité d'un photosensibilisateur, qui comporte une couche de revêtement renforçant la surface, non toxique et ne risquant pas de provoquer de pollution, et qui affiche une excellente durabilité d'impression ; et un procédé de fabrication du rouleau. Le rouleau d'impression comprend une plaque de base, une couche de dépôt de cuivre formée par placage sur une surface de la plaque de base, et un film de revêtement de dioxyde de silicium formé de manière à recouvrir la surface de la couche de dépôt de cuivre, le film de revêtement de dioxyde de silicium renfermant des cellules d'impression, et étant préparé à partir d'une solution de perhydropolysilazane.
