Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé destiné à détecter la présence ou le risque de cancer chez un patient, le procédé comportant l'étape qui consiste, par référence à un témoin normal, à :(i) détecter dans un échantillon isolé d'un patient le niveau d'expression d'un gène caractérisé par l'une quelconque des séquences de nucléotides identifiées dans ce document comme étant SEQ ID No. 1 à SEQ ID No. 10. Un niveau d'expression accru du gène caractérisé par l'une quelconque des séquences SEQ ID No. 1 à 6 et 10, ou un niveau d'expression réduit du gène caractérisé par l'une quelconque des séquences SEQ ID No. 7 à 9, indique la présence ou le risque de cancer chez le patient qui a fourni l'échantillon.
