Abstract

L'invention concerne un réacteur à lit fluidisé qui comprend une cuve de réaction dotée d'un compartiment conçu pour traiter une matière réactive en vue d'obtenir au moins un produit. Au moins un module de transfert de chaleur, comprenant une chambre de combustion pulsatoire et une chambre acoustique associée, est intégré dans la cuve de réaction. La chambre de combustion pulsatoire comprend au moins une tuyère arrière qui débouche dans la chambre acoustique qui lui est associée. Les gaz d'échappement émis par la ou les tuyères arrière passent de la chambre acoustique, à travers une paroi qui sépare la chambre de combustion de la cuve de réaction, à des tubes de transfert de chaleur faisant saillie à l'intérieur d'un compartiment de la cuve de réaction. De plus, des orifices d'entrée de charge sont conçus pour laisser pénétrer la matière réactive dans une zone située en position verticale entre les premier et second groupes de tubes de transfert de chaleur. Les tubes de transfert de chaleur présentent une configuration annulaire qui permet aux gaz d'échappement de passer par un tube à blindage intérieur dans une direction d'écartement de la paroi, de faire le tour et de revenir dans une direction de rapprochement de la paroi où ils sont dirigés vers un collecteur. Un premier groupe de tuyaux de chauffage occupe au moins en partie le compartiment et s'étend dans une première plage verticale à l'intérieur du compartiment. Un second groupe de tuyaux de chauffage occupe en partie le compartiment et s'étend dans une seconde plage verticale à l'intérieur du compartiment. Le premier groupe de tuyaux de chauffage est verticalement placé en-dessous du second groupe de tuyaux de chauffage duquel il est séparé par une première distance de séparation.
