Abstract

Bague présentant des caractéristiques géométrique de décharge pour vague, dotée d'une caractéristique géométrique particulière telle qu'une surface fraisée ou incurvée formant un évidement, un volume et/ou un réservoir pouvant recevoir une certaine quantité de matériau qui est extrudé dans une direction longitudinale au cours de la dilatation radiale de la bague. Le matériau extrudé provenant d'une vague de matériau propagée à l'avant d'un mandrin d'extension radiale peut être accumulé dans la bague du côté par lequel le mandrin sort. Du côté de la bague par lequel le mandrin entre, le matériau extrudé peut être créé par la force radiale du mandrin d'extension, s'exerçant à proximité de la surface d'extrémité non retenue la bague au niveau de l'entrée de celle-ci. Ces caractéristiques géométriques spécifiques de l'extrémité de la bague peuvent également comprendre une partie surélevée sur la surface d'extrémité de la bague afin de transférer les charges résultant du serrage de l'élément de fixation jusque dans la pièce, à travers la collerette radiale de la bague.
