Abstract

En vue de fournir un certain confort pendant des périodes assises prolongées et de faciliter l'adoption d'une position assise adéquate, une chaise est conçue pour comprendre une partie centrale de chaise formant une paire de sections de montage de dossier, une paire de sections de montage de pieds avant, une paire de sections de montage de pieds arrière, et une surface de siège. Un dossier pourvu d'une paire d'extensions de dossier est prévu, chacune desdites extensions pouvant être montée à une des sections de montage de dossier. Une paire d'extensions de pieds avant peut être montée aux sections de montage de pieds avant de la partie centrale de la chaise, tandis qu'une paire d'extensions de pieds arrière peut être montée aux sections de montage de pieds arrière de la partie centrale de la chaise. Un tel modèle de chaise permet au dossier, aux extensions de pieds avant et aux extensions de pieds arrière d'être tous réglables et verrouillables dans une des nombreuses positions discrètes par rapport à la surface du siège.
