Abstract

La présente invention concerne des procédés permettant de congeler, décongeler et d'obtenir des images d'un échantillon biologique et ce, une ou plusieurs fois. Lesdits procédés sont effectués de manière à permettre de congeler, décongeler et/ou obtenir des images de l'échantillon biologique, tout en conservant l'intégrité structurelle et/ou la viabilité de l'échantillon. Des modes de réalisation des procédés consistent à congeler, décongeler et/ou obtenir des images d'un échantillon biologique sous pression de manière à pouvoir conserver l'intégrité structurelle et/ou la viabilité de l'échantillon. L'invention porte aussi sur des dispositifs à utiliser lors de l'application des présents procédés.
