Abstract

La présente invention concerne un élément d'outil comprenant : une première couche de matériau de nitrure de bore cubique (NBc) polycristallin qui présente une surface de raclage (active) et une surface frontale, et comprend moins de 70 % en volume de NBc; et une couche secondaire qui traverse au moins partiellement la surface de raclage et comprend un matériau réfractaire, éventuellement une phase liante et éventuellement du NBc, la couche secondaire ayant une résistance à la caractérisation supérieure à celle de la première couche de matériau NBc et une affinité pour le fer inférieure à celle du NBc.
