Abstract

La présente invention porte sur un sachet alimentaire pour cuiseur à vapeur micro-ondable qui comprend un récipient et un insert. Le récipient comporte une partie inférieure, une partie supérieure et un bord supérieur. L'insert a une pluralité d'orifices et un anneau de préhension et est positionné entre la partie inférieure et supérieure du récipient. Une sauce gélifiée est placée dans la partie inférieure du récipient, et des ingrédients alimentaires sont placés sur l'insert et s'étendent dans la partie supérieure du récipient. Un couvercle est fixé sur le récipient. La sauce gélifiée reste à l'état solide ou semi-solide et est séparée des ingrédients alimentaires lorsque le sachet alimentaire est placé en position verticale dans des conditions de réfrigération.
