Abstract

L'invention concerne un orthose permettant d'étirer le tissu autour de l'articulation d'un patient entre une première partie et une seconde partie du corps pivotables par rapport à l'autre. L'orthose comprend un premier élément de bras que l'on peut fixer à la première partie du corps et comportant un premier élément d'extension s'étendant à partir de celui-ci. Un second élément de bras que l'on peut fixer à la seconde partie du corps est également inclut et possède un second élément d'extension présentant une forme arquée s'étendant à partir de celui-ci. Un troisième élément de bras comprenant un troisième élément d'extension présentant une forme arquée s'étendant à partir de celui-ci est interposé entre le premier et le second éléments de bras. Le troisième élément de bras est connecté de manière opérationnelle aux premier et second éléments de bras, de telle sorte que le premier et le troisième éléments de bras circulent le long d'un trajet arqué défini par le second élément d'extension lorsque le troisième élément de bras passe d'une première position à une seconde position par rapport au second élément de bras. De plus, le premier élément de bras peut circuler le long du troisième élément d'extension tandis que le troisième élément de bras passe de la première position à la seconde position par rapport au second élément de bras.
