Abstract

La présente invention concerne un nouveau type de pelouse synthétique ressemblant à un champ d'herbe. La pelouse synthétique comprend une étoffe et des touffes se projetant à partir de cette étoffe, au moins un certain nombre des fils constituant les touffes consistant sensiblement en un mélange de polyéthylène de haute densité et de polyéthylène linéaire de faible densité, conférant à la touffe une résilience améliorée et un meilleur caractère glissant. L'invention concerne également des fils présentant différents profils de section transversale, résultant en une meilleure résilience. La pelouse synthétique comprenant ces fils présente une résilience bien meilleure, ainsi qu'un aspect plus naturel. Afin d'améliorer encore l'aspect naturel de la pelouse synthétique et pour éviter une apparence artificielle, la présente invention concerne également l'utilisation d'au moins deux couleurs différentes et de préférence trois couleurs différentes ou plus pour les fils, telles que jaune-vert, vert clair et vert foncé.
