Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil pour inhiber des adhésions provenant de l'apposition de couches de tissus corporels humains comprenant un échafaudage qui a une taille moyenne de pore déterminée, une densité relative et une demi-vie de dégradation. L'échafaudage peut être placé de façon opérable entre des couches de tissu apposées, telles que des couches proches générant une adhésion sur un site de plaie, de façon à permettre une re-mésothélialisation du tissu sans formation d'adhésions fibreuses. L'appareil d'échafaudage de l'invention inhibe la formation d'adhésions en encourageant la migration de cellules contractiles loin du site de la plaie pendant une période prédéterminée. L'invention concerne en outre un appareil et des méthodes pour favoriser la régénération d'un tissu interne, et pour apporter et/ou dispenser des agents thérapeutiques et/ou diagnostiques in vivo.
