Abstract

Provided are methods and systems for detecting arrhythmia in zebrafish. Also provided are methods and systems for classifying a heart rate pattern as arrhythmic. Further provided are methods and systems for identifying agents that cause arrhythmia. The present invention also provides methods for identifying agents that modulate cardiac contractility.
