Abstract

The present invention comprises a method for electronic transactions of commodities, including auction processes. To improve the transaction process the method includes locking down funds and/or commodities during a valid transaction process - or in the case of an auction, while a purchaser remains the highest bidder. Variations and extensions of the method are also discussed.
