Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé d'approvisionnement individuel des passagers (1) d'un moyen (2) de transport en produits (3), notamment en aliments et en boissons, grâce auxquels le passager (1), avant de commencer le voyage, commande les produits (3) qu'il souhaite consommer dans le moyen (2) de transport par le biais d'un dispositif (4) de commande électronique décentralisé en fonction d'options (A, B, C) de sélection prédéfinies, un dispositif (5) de traitement électronique central traitant la commande transmise jusqu'à un moment de fin d'acceptation en tenant compte des autres commandes des autres passagers en vue de déterminer la préparation d'au moins un caisson (6) à roulettes prévu pour l'approvisionnement du moyen (2) de transport avec les produits commandés de sorte que ledit caisson (6) à roulettes garni des produits (nA, nB, nC) commandés individuellement par les passagers soit livré dans le moyen (2) de transport au début du voyage afin de délivrer aux passagers (1) les produits (3) commandés depuis le caisson (6) à roulettes pendant le voyage, des moyens de communication sans fil ainsi qu'une unité (7) de calcul mobile montée sur le caisson (6) à roulettes étant prévus pour surveiller le stock des plateaux (8) portant les produits (3) commandés associés individuellement aux passagers en vue d'optimiser l'approvisionnement.
