Abstract

L'invention concerne une machine de déconditionnement de produits sous blister (10) servant à retirer des médicaments (17) d'une unité d'emballage sous blister (11), ces médicaments étant disposés dans des alvéoles (12/i) formées par des renflements faisant saillie sur une face d'une plaque (11/p) et contenant les médicaments et par un film de protection tendu au-dessus des bords coplanaires des ouvertures et recouvrant les cavités des alvéoles. Cette machine comprend un porte-plaques rotatif (18) qui effectue des déplacements rotatifs progressifs pour transporter les plaques jusqu'à des postes (21/1 - 21/4) de la machine au niveau desquels ont lieu les différentes étapes du déconditionnement. La machine selon l'invention se distingue par les caractéristiques suivantes : le porte-plaques (18) se présente sous la forme d'une table à transfert circulaire qui peut tourner autour d'un axe vertical (19) par pas de 90° et qui peut être bloquée momentanément dans la position atteinte à l'issue de cette rotation ; pour supporter les plaques, cette table à transfert circulaire (18) est pourvue de cadres (23/1 à 23/4) qui peuvent pivoter autour d'axes radiaux (24/1 à 24/4) et dans lesquels les unités d'emballage sous blister (11) sont immobilisées par liaison de forme de façon à ne pas pouvoir être déplacées latéralement et à ne pas pouvoir tomber par l'ouverture du cadre ; la cohésion de matière est supprimée par endroits au moyen de perçages en forme de points ou de lignes effectués dans la matière au niveau d'un poste de perforation ; en aval de ce poste de perforation est placé un poste de rotation (21/3) au niveau duquel est effectuée une rotation de 180° du cadre supportant la plaque ; un poinçon est utilisé pour retirer les médicaments des alvéoles, ce poinçon permettant d'éjecter les médicaments des alvéoles de la plaque vers le bas.
