Abstract

Die Erfindung ermöglicht die kostengünstige Herstellung von korrosionsgeschützten Stahlblechen mit für bestimmte Anwendungszwecke guten Gebrauchseigenschaften. Zu diesem Zweck wird bei einem Verfahren zum Herstellen von korrosionsgeschützten Stahlflachprodukten, - auf ein Stahlflachprodukt eine zinkhaltige Überzugsschicht durch elektrolytische Abscheidung aufgebracht, das Stahlflachprodukt erforderlichenfalls mechanisch und/oder chemisch fertiggereinigt, - unmittelbar auf die fertiggereinigte zinkhaltige Überzugsschicht mittels Dampfphasenabscheidung eine zweite magnesiumbasierte Überzugsschicht aufgebracht und - unter Normalatmosphäre nach dem Aufbringen der zweiten Überzugsschicht eine thermische Nachbehandlung des beschichteten Stahlflachprodukts zur Ausbildung einer Diffusions- oder Konvektionsschicht zwischen der zinkhaltigen und der magnesiumbasierten Überzugsschicht bei einer Behandlungstemperatur durchgeführt, die 320 °C bis 335 °C beträgt.
