Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur automatischen Ermittlung von Verkehrsnachfragedaten, z.B. in Form einer Quel¬ le-Ziel-Matrix, insbesondere als eine Eingangsinformation für ein Verkehrssteuerungssystem, wobei die Quelle-Ziel-Matrix für eine Anzahl von Startgebieten und für eine Anzahl von Zielgebieten jeweils eine Information über das Verkehrsaufkommen angibt, mit folgenden Schritten : a) Automatisches Detektieren von Fahrzeugen in einem Startgebiet; b) Automatisches Detektieren der Fahrzeuge in einem Zielgebiet; c) Erstellen der Quelle-Ziel-Matrix, indem jeweils die Information über das Verkehrsaufkommen zwischen dem detektierten Startgebiet und dem detektierten Zielgebiet abhängig von dem Detektieren der Fahrzeuge in dem Zielgebiet geändert wird.
