Description
洁牙器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种牙科或牙齿卫生用具, 特别涉及一种牙齿清洁用具。
背景技术
牙科中常用的一种牙齿清洁用具如图 1所示, 包括控制器 1、 驱动手柄 2、 洁 牙器 3和研磨头 4; 驱动手柄 2中装设有马达, 与控制器 1连接, 由控制器 1控制 电源及动作等; 洁牙器 3的结构参见图 2至图 4, 洁牙器 3包括壳体 31、 其上设有 传动齿轮 34的传动轴 32和其上设有从动齿轮 35的从动轴 33, 传动轴 32和从动 轴 33装设在壳体 31 中且相互垂直, 传动齿轮 34与从动齿轮 35啮合; 洁牙器 3 可拆地装设在驱动手柄 1上, 传动轴 32与驱动手柄 中的马达的轴连接, '传动轴 32被马达驱动转动,传动轴 32又通过啮合的齿轮 34和齿轮 35驱动从动轴 33 ,研 磨头 4装设在从动轴 33上并被从动轴 33带动转动。
使用时, 把洁牙器 3套装在驱动手柄 2上, 开启电源, 马达带动研磨头高速旋 转, 医务人员手握驱动手柄, 将研磨头沾上特殊的研磨膏, 伸进口腔对牙齿进行清 洁抛光, 且一般于。使用后丟弃洁牙器 3,, 采用一次性使用, 防止交叉感染。 , 这种结构的洁牙器 3 , 为了架设从动轴 33, 特别是架设从动轴 33的内端部, 外壳 31的头部通常形成一凸起部 311 , 如图 2至图 4所示。 使用时, 洁牙器 3伸 入口腔中, 凸起部 311会令使用者觉得不够舒适。
这种结构的洁牙器 3 , 传动轴 32和从动轴 33之间通过啮合的齿轮 34和齿轮 35传动, 传动轴 32和从动轴 33的设置角度受到限制, 一般只能设计成 90度, 也 影响操作的方便以及舒适程度。 而且, 高速旋转时, 齿轮容易打滑, 导致空转。
这种结构的洁牙器 3, 零件多, 一般采用塑料或金属射出,成本高.,组装复杂。 综上所迷, 现有的洁牙器, 有必要加以改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种采用多根曲杆巧妙的实现连接和传动的洁牙器。
为了实现上述的目的, 本发明的技术方案如下:
一种洁牙器, 包括外壳、 传动轴、 从动轴和研磨头; 该研磨头可拆地套装在该 从动轴上并连接连动; 所述的洁牙器还包括至少一根曲杆;该传动轴靠近该从动轴 的端面上设有至少一个轴孔,该从动轴靠近该传动轴的端面上也对应地设有至少一 个轴孔;该曲杆的一端活动插装在该传动轴的轴'孔中并不插装至该轴孔的孔底,该 曲杆的另一端活动插装在该从动轴的轴轧中也并不插装至该轴孔的孔底,该曲杆将 传动轴和从动轴连接并连动且整体装设在该外壳中。
在本发明的优选方案中, 所述的洁牙器, 其中, 所述的曲杆、 传动轴上的轴孔 和从动轴上的轴 均为三个。
所述的洁牙器, 其中, 所述的曲杆由金属材料制成。
本发明的传动轴和从动轴之间采用曲杆连接, 从动轴的内端部架设在曲杆上, 外壳的头部不需要形成一凸起部, 保持外壳头部的圆滑, 使用时较为舒适。
本发明改变曲杆的整体延伸方向的角度, 即可改变传动轴和从动轴的设置角 度, 而不限于 90度。
本发明的传动轴和从动轴之间采用曲杆连接, 高速旋转时, 不会打滑, 也不会 空转。
本发明的零件少, 无金属射出件, 加工难度相对较低, 成本较低, 组装相对筒 单。

如图 5至图 7所示, 一种洁牙器, 包括外壳 31、 传动轴 32、 从动轴 33、 三根 采用钢丝制成的曲杆 36和研磨头 4; 传动轴 32靠近从动轴 33的端面上设有三个 轴孔 321, 从动轴 33靠近传动轴 32的端面上也对应地设有三个轴孔 331 , 参见图 9; 曲杆 36的 J瑞活动插装在传动轴 32的轴孔 321中并不插装至该轴孔 321的孔 底, 曲杆 36的另一端活动插装在从动轴 33的轴孔 331中也并不插装至该轴孔 331 的孔底, 曲杆 36将传动轴 32和从动轴 33连接并连动且整体装设在外壳 31中;研 磨头 4可拆地套装在从动轴 33上并连接连动。
如图 9所示, 当传动轴 32转动, 其中一根曲杆的一端从 A点转到 B点时, 其 另一端就从 C点转到 D点, 从而带动从动轴转动, 轴孔 321、 331的深度比曲杆的 插入深度深, 所以 传动轴 32和从动轴 33转动时, 曲杆 3 会在轴孔 321、 331 中自由伸进缩出, 从而使得转动顺畅, 如图 10至图 12所示, 一^ ^艮曲杆转动 0、 90、 180度时的, 曲杆的自由伸缩状况。
如图 10所示, 当传动轴和从动轴均处于 0度位置时, 曲杆 36分别插入轴孔 321、 331中状况如图所示。
如图 11所示, 当传动轴和从动轴均转动至 90度位置时, 曲杆 36分别插入轴 孔 321、 331中的较深处, 状况如图所示。
'如图 12所示, 当传动轴和从动轴均转动至 180度位置时, 曲杆 36分别插入轴 孔 321、 331中的几乎最深处, 状况如图所示。
当传动轴 32和从动轴 33不停转动时, 曲杆 36根据拐角弧度的不同, 插入轴 孔 321、 331的深度也不一样。 由于轴孔的深度大于曲杆伸入的极限点, 所以曲杆 在转动的同时可以很灵活地自由伸缩。
由技术常识可知,本发明可以通过其它的不脱离其精神实质或必要特征的实施 方案来实现。 因此, 上述公开的实施方案, 就各方面而言, 都只是举例说明, 并不 是仅有的。 所有在本发明范围内或在等同于本发明的范围内的改变均被本发明包 含。
Claims
1、 一种洁牙器, 包括外壳、 传动轴、 从动轴和研磨头; 该研磨头可拆地套装 在该从动轴上并连接连动, 其特征 于: 所述的洁牙器还包括至少一根曲杆; 该传 动轴靠近该从动轴的端面上¾:有至少一个轴孔 ,该从动轴靠近该传动轴的端面上也 对应地设有至少一个轴孔;该曲杆的一端活动插装在该传动轴的轴孔中并不插装至 该轴孔的孔底,该曲杆的另一端活动插装在该从动轴的轴孔中也并不插装至该轴孔 的孔底 该曲杆将传动轴和从动轴连接并连动且整体装设在该外壳中。
