Технический результат заключается в обеспечении длительного хранения в одной емкости различных сред - жидкости, насыщенной закисью азота, и газа в виде закиси азота, не снижая при этом их свойств, в подборе оптимальных условий и режимов состояния этих сред, в исключении разрушения емкости для хранения сред под давлением, путем оптимального выбора материала, используемого для изготовления емкости, и в улучшении условий эксплуатации при индивидуальном применении в системе общественного питания.
