Description

DISPOSICIÓN DE PLACAS DE GRES PORCELÁN1CO PARA SU ACTUACIÓN COMO ACUMULADOR Y RADIANTE PARA CALEFACCIÓN DISPOSITION OF GRES PORCELÁN1CO PLATES FOR THEIR PERFORMANCE AS ACCUMULATOR AND RADIANT FOR HEATING

The present invention relates to an arrangement for the heating of porcelain stoneware plates to act as an accumulator and radiant for heating, using a new product constituted by porcelain stoneware bonded to a synthetic metal that provides significant improvements in the resistance of the stoneware to impact and in the integration and adhesion in the synthetic metal of different elements.

Priorities EP1455146 discloses an improved electrical convection system consisting of a housing that incorporates a filament, sheet or tubular element resistor attached to a porcelain stoneware plate. The problem that arises is that the stoneware plate offers innumerable problems at the time of fixing the different elements or components to it due to its fragility and rigidity. Likewise, the mechanical fastening means such as staples, guides, screws, etc. They often cause breakage or cracking due to the impact of the tool on the surface of the plate. Description With the present invention, an arrangement for heating has been devised that allows the application of a new product constituted by porcelain stoneware consisting of ceramic tiles with very low water absorption, not dry pressed, not enameled and therefore subjected to a single cooking, together with a synthetic metal consisting of a compound made from the union of metallic powder and a polymer. The arrangement for heating is based on the union of said new product to any type of heating element or device, so that in addition to achieving its function by electric resistors of any type, it allows the adjacent incorporation of a container container or fluid radiator, such as water or oil, which once heated generates the temperature rise of the porcelain stoneware, maintaining said temperature for a time longer than the fluid radiators known so far.

Tal y como se ha mencionado, Ia invención además incorpora los elementos complementarios y de regulación termostática necesarios para mantener Ia estancia a Ia temperatura deseada, así como elementos adecuados de sujeciónAs mentioned, the invention also incorporates the complementary elements and thermostatic regulation necessary to maintain the room at the desired temperature, as well as suitable fasteners

In this way, the invention is configured as an arrangement capable of being used in general as an element that generates heat outside both by convection and by radiation, the porcelain stoneware plate being the element heat accumulator, being able to generate the gradual heating and the consequent increase in its temperature, according to the existence of any heat generation system, such as a resistance of any type, flat with aluminum or filament circuit, or a fluid container reservoir, and that regardless of it, and once the performance of said fluid or heat generating system has stopped, acts as a radiator that generates its performance according to the heat accumulated on the porcelain stoneware plate, functioning this as an accumulating and radiating element for use in heating.

Esta unión ofrece sustanciales mejoras al calefactor ya que:The fixing of the porcelain stoneware plate to the different elements is carried out thanks to being cold bonded to a synthetic metal constituted by a compound made from the union of metallic powder and a polymer. This union offers substantial improvements to the heater since:

-Aumenta Ia resistencia del gres a los impactos-Increases the stoneware's resistance to impacts

The application of the synthetic metal in a liquid state allows the fixing of metal supports in the stoneware plate, such as staples, anchors or any type of stoneware fixation to the wall or to other elements.

Being a cold junction, it allows the integration or adhesion in the synthetic metal of different alloys such as sensors, radiating elements, control and protection equipment. In short, the incorporation of the synthetic metal in the porcelain stoneware acts as a glue that, when applied to the back of the plate, allows any means of anchoring or component of the convector to be incorporated, which will remain fixed when the product dries.
