Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for preventing sputum and helping sleep, and a sleep aid cap developed according to the method and having the function of preventing snoring and causing sputum.
- Snoring during sleep is a common phenomenon. It is called “sickness” in medicine. When snoring is severe, it is easy to cause suffocation and stop breathing. In severe cases, it will cause “death”. This is called “sleeping” in medicine. Apnea syndrome.” Studies have shown that there are many causes of "sickness” and apnea: caused by diseases of the central nervous system, caused by obstructive diseases, and mixed diseases. However, in the physical sense, in the final analysis, due to the relaxation of the human nose, pharynx, and tongue root tissue, the respiratory channel is narrow and blocked, the airflow is not smooth, and the pharyngeal tissue is vibrated to emit different degrees of noise.
- “Sickness” not only affects the sleep of family members or others, but also causes hypoxia in the body due to hernia during sleep, which leads to a significant impact on sleep quality due to increased shallow sleep time and reduced deep sleep time.
- the consequences are: light people make people feel weak, headache, fatigue, lethargy, memory loss, severe cases can lead to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, stroke, and serious life-threatening.
- the current commonly used treatment methods are mainly drug therapy and surgical therapy: drug therapy, patients are convenient to take, easy to accept, but slower, less effective; surgical treatment mainly to remove some deformed organs and
- the setting of a snoring device with a function of lifting the nose has certain effects, but their common disadvantage is that the patient must bear the cost of physical pain, and the price is relatively expensive, which is not conducive to promotion.
- the object of the present invention is to provide an anti-snoring and hypnosis method which can effectively reduce the degree of snoring, eliminate the suffocation caused by snoring during sleep, and improve the sleep efficiency, and an anti-mite sleep aid cap developed according to the method.
- the method of the invention is as follows: using the coercive measures for supporting the lower jaw of the patient, allowing the person to shut up and breathing with the nose while sleeping, so that the oral cavity is filled with the sputum, and the pharynx and the tongue are kept in a proper physiological position to avoid causing the pharyngeal tissue. Relaxation and tongue drop, which effectively reduces the degree of snoring and eliminates suffocation during snoring.
- the anti-mite sleep aid cap developed based on the method of the present invention is realized in this way:
- the anti-mite sleep aid cap is mainly composed of a cap body, a cap band and a chin rest.
- the edge of the cap body is arranged in an adjustable retractable mouth shape for matching with the user's skull, and the upper surface is provided with a notch and a cap band;
- the cap band is symmetrically disposed on the edge of the cap body, and the upper cover is provided with a freely-fitting buckle;
- the main body of the chin rest is a wide supporting piece with a long strip-shaped limiting hole in the middle, and the two ends are long strip-shaped flat belts provided with interlocking buckles.
- the adjustable receiving opening on the edge of the cap body is provided with a notch provided on the brim, and an elastic band disposed between the two sides of the notch or a fastening band for facilitating interlocking on both sides of the notch, and A velcro or buckle that is easily interlocked is placed on the buckle to match the patient's skull.
- the middle long strip-shaped limiting hole of the wider tab on the chin rest may be round or rectangular.
- the method and hat for preventing sputum in the invention based on the above concept, when used, the limiting hole in the middle of the chin rest is sleeved on the lower jaw, and the two ends are worn in the intentional buckle of the cap band, the ends are interlocked or Buckle, so that the position of the lower jaw is relatively limited, it can ensure that the patient does not open his mouth while sleeping, keep the throat and tongue in a proper physiological position, and fill the mouth with liquid, ensuring that the throat tissue is not loosened and The tongue root falls and so on, which effectively reduces the degree of snoring and eliminates the phenomenon of suffocation during snoring.
- the cap and the chin rest can be added to the existing cap products, the structure Simple and reasonable, low cost, easy to manufacture, and effective anti-snoring effect.
- Long-term use is beneficial to gradually correct the bad habit of breathing with the mouth, gradually restore the function of nasal breathing, without any discomfort and side effects, but ensure sleep safety and The quality of sleep is good for ensuring the health and vitality of the human body. Therefore, it has remarkable economy and strong practicality. It is worthy of being used by patients who have a habit of snoring.
- cap body 2. cap band 3. ⁇ support 4. edge
- the anti-mite sleep aid cap of the present invention is mainly composed of a cap 1, a cap band 2 and a chin rest 3.
- the rim 4 of the cap body 1 has an adjustable retractable mouth shape, and is provided with a notch 10 and a cap band 2; the cap band 2 is symmetrically disposed on the rim 4 of the cap body 1, and the upper cover is provided with a movable buckle 5;
- the main body of the bracket 3 is a wide bracket 7 of the intermediate belt limiting hole 6, and the two ends are long strip-shaped flat belts 9 provided with the mutual buckles 8 at the longer end portions.
- a notch 1 Q is provided on the rim 4 of the cap body 1, and an elastic band 11 is disposed between the sides of the notch 10.
- a fastening tape for facilitating interlocking may be disposed on each of the two sides of the notch 10, and a Velcro or a buckle for facilitating interlocking is disposed on the end of the fastening tape;
- the middle long strip-shaped limiting hole 6 of the sheet 7 has a long rounded or rectangular shape.
