Abstract

The invention relates to agriculture product processing and can be used for grain flouring. The aim of said invention is to increase a grinding mill operating performance. Said aim is attained by means of a vibration responsiveness of a frame (1) structure, thereby making it possible to gravitationally transfer a ground material from top to lower located units excluding the hanging thereof and to avoid the additional power consumption for removing said hanging during the production. For this purpose, equipment is mounted on frames which have a specific structural design and are Cyrillic D or A-shaped. The small cross-section of the frame top part makes it possible to produce a sufficient frequency for intensifying a flour propulsion by means of rotatable centrifugal dispersers (9)

Для исключения зависания материала между вальцовым станком и центробежным рассей- вателем, (f-\- образная конструкция рамы) или центробежным рассеива- телем и вальцовым станком (R - образная конструкция рамы), центробеж- ные рассеиватели устанавливают со смещением относительно горизонтальной оси симметрии рамы I5 в сторону верхнего основания 2, т.е. в ту часть, где рама имеет меньшую площадь своего поперечного сечения. В результате чего, при такой конструкции рамы и расположения центробежных рассеивателей, имеющих большое число рабочих оборотов, в верхней части рамы возникают микроколебания позволяющие исключить процесс зависания материала между двумя вышеуказанными агрегатами, а, следовательно, и необходимости в приложении дополнительных усилий по его принудительному продвижению.The mill operates as follows.
